We here at Trans People of Japan are committed to fighting for the rights of all individuals who identify as trans, no matter what their status. We believe that to be truly their own. The trans person must face their challenges and everyone else who identifies as such.
We want to live our lives without fear of violence, find a place to call home and feel like we are part of a community.

The Best of both Worlds: Transgender People In Japan.
Many people in Japan think that transgender people are strange. But it’s not just people who think this way who are strange. Many things in Japan think this way. For example, the transgender people there think of them as “the other side of the road.” Even though it’s strange, they feel safe there. This is the best of both worlds: a place where they can be themselves and have a place where they feel comfortable in the world.
Futanari the Japanese ladyboy?
The name “Futanari” is ultimately derived from the phrase “greeting to a love interest.” This phrase is often used to describe someone who is breastsomely. Trans women of Japan, also called Futanari are people who are not like this. They are people who are like all other people. We here at Trans People of Japan identify as such and believe that our place is to help others come to understand themselves and each other better.
We want to make sure that we are the foundation for a community where everyone can be their bankable person. We want to make sure that our community is where everyone knows each other’s secrets, what they are doing, and what they are thinking.
